Not GW's fault, but these roses don't fit standard watering cans, even with the adapter. Both the rose and adapter are too wide for the plastic cans you can buy routinely in most outlets. Check size first.
I’ve found it very difficult to find a coarse rose for any of my watering cans so I bought this one which has an adaptor. It partly worked on one of my watering cans but I had to hold it on some of the time, even with the adaptor attached. However, it's the only rose (thanks to the adaptor) that even remotely works as I need to apply nematodes through a coarse rose. It didn't work on three other watering cans with short spouts.
These are absolutely fantastic! Nice big head, with adaptor to fit pretty much anything __ __

Very pleased with the feeders, they are easier to clean, don't let in dampness and more landing room for the birds. They are also a good size holding plenty of seed etc. Therefore reducing the amount of times that they need refilling. Also very reasonably priced.
